We utilize a third party, CheckIn, to collect and process this information. Employer information is retained for one and a half years after the conference for statistical purposes. CheckIn deletes your information one month after the conference, except for invoicing information, which they are required to retain for five years. Additionally, Bas retains your contact information to send you information about the following year's conference.

Bas uses photos taken of participants at the conference for marketing purposes.

Your name and company name may be shared with our partners and sponsors, but other information we have registered about you will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

You may at any time request access to or deletion of your information, as well as request that we do not share your information and photos by emailing us at .

We will respond as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days. We cannot delete invoicing information as the law requires us to keep it for at least five years.
