Venessa is a passionate social media manager dedicated to using these platforms to help solve some of the world’s most pressing issues. With years of experience in the sector as the social media officer of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (Nobel Peace Prize Laureate 2017) she has been actively involved in creating educational content and managing social media campaigns to raise awareness about nuclear weapons non-proliferation, their consequences and the urgency for their elimination.
In addition to her work on social media, Venessa is also a skilled public speaker who has delivered inspiring talks at various events and institutions, like the United Nations and Axe Ceremonia, the largest music festival in Mexico City. Her ability to articulate complex issues in a simple and engaging manner has earned her a reputation as a sought-after speaker on the topic of using social media to help achieve nuclear disarmament.
