Javier is a person who loves solving puzzles, if there is a problem he will find a solution, and if there isn’t, he will find the next opportunity hidden in a pattern. He is a graduate from Copenhagen Business School that, in the early stages of his career, spent his time trying to better understand customers and how companies can interact with them. He is currently the Head of Business Development (CBDO) at Samsøe Samsøe, where he is in charge of the digital transformation of the organization, but also responsible of growth by finding new revenue streams and supporting the B2C and B2B strategy. Despite his young age, Javier is an international speaker and has been part of the fashion industry for the past 7 years, sharing knowledge about CRM, Personalization, Digital transformation, Omnichannel and Loyalty.
