Over the past 10 years, Ben's used language to help build products for several global brands — including Google, Nike, Samsung, Facebook and WhatsApp. He's been published in places like The Guardian on the topics of design, content strategy, writing and brand development. He's currently leading content design for the Netflix TV product.
