Learn how to take your content strategy to the next level by incorporating user research and human-centered design principles. Good content strategy has always been audience-focused, but often times it is more informed by business goals than the needs of the people your content serves. In this workshop, we’ll discuss processes and techniques for developing a comprehensive content strategy that is informed by end users, structured using UX design, and how to plan for more advanced techniques such as reusable design patterns, personalized content and dynamic delivery.
