A recent survey of more that 1,500 CEOs from around the world asked respondents which managerial skill they considered to be the most critical for businesssuccess in the 21st century. The result saw creativity ranked at the top of the list, and in this session Jamie Anderson focusses on the dynamics of the creative process as a starting point for entrepreneurialism and customer-centric innovation at the client company.
