How to implement datadriven customer journeys and build an organisation that can handle it

We will share Egmont Publishings journey implementing a datadriven marketing and CRM strategy. We neither had the right technology or the right competencies, but built a data driven marketing organisation in two years. The presentation will focus on key learnings and the process of introducing predictive churn- and responsemodels, selecting a marketing automation system, implementing new loyalty measures and how we built organisational capacity for accelerating speed to market.
