At Nike, Swan oversaw Global Digital Marketing during the Emmy-winning “Dream Crazy” campaign featuring Colin Kaepernick including content strategy, creation and deployment, digital channel marketing and global social media
She ran Digital Capabilities for multi-billion dollar North America digital e-commerce & app business including Digital Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Consumer Services and Loss & Fraud Prevention during the Air Jordan 11 Concord launch, the largest in online history.
She developed Elizabeth Arden’s first digital platform, grew etailer sales by double digits, launched augmented reality makeover and skin diagnostic apps, and spearheaded the company’s groundbreaking “Desk of Liz Arden” social campaign. As the Executive Director of Online Strategy for the Estee Lauder Companies, Swan helped grow their global marketing, ecommerce and mobile sites from 125 to 450, with double digit sales growth across 30 brands and 50 countries
She was selected as a Brand Innovators 40 under 40 and Marketing Woman to Watch, took home both Best Social Campaign and Best in Show at the Glossy Awards. You might recognize her as one of the faces in Twitter’s national “She Inspires Me” campaign during the Oscars.
