He has a thorough expertise in relationship and loyalty marketing, marketing strategy, lifecycle management, as well as in advertising, social media, and marketing research. He also had the chance to pilot and deliver numerous marketing technological projects throughout his career.

In June 2015, François-Yves joined North America’s leading cooperative financial institution, the Desjardins Group, where he’s now leading marketing strategic planning and CX. Through a mix of innovative and down-to-earth marketing strategies, he’s supporting the Group’s vision of becoming #1 in the hearts of customers.
