He has a thorough expertise in relationship and loyalty marketing (CRM), as well as in advertising, social media and marketing research. He has also piloted and delivered numerous marketing technological projects throughout his career.

In June 2015, François-Yves joined North America’s leading cooperative financial institution, the Desjardins Group, where he’s now heavily focused on marketing strategic planning and CX. Through innovative and strategic planning, he is supporting the Group’s vision of becoming #1 in the hearts of customers.
