Emma Headland


In Vodafone, Emma is responsible for Ecommerce metrics, such as conversion, revenue and retention journey optimisation. As part of the Strategy and Transformation team, she guides, supports and collaborate with the source markets such as UK, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands.

Emma was earlier responsible for leading all aspects of the retention strategy and loyalty for Ideal Shopping Direct and Thomas Cook.
