In March 2020, the world was turned upside down, and Lindex, like many others, had to change focus and priorities. To then use the customer club, CRM and loyalty work to change sales with the help of our own channels, not least e-commerce, became absolutely crucial.

Digitizing, working omni-channel and data-driven has been absolutely crucial and also created new cross-functional test-driven ways of working.
